I'm obviously doing something wrong. I have riders that should be able to get some results in Div 6. But I can't get any.
What am I doing wrong? Too little team spirit?
Is the DP to low? Currently it's very low because I made last desperate try to reach FoW.

Hmm… The best that you can get :-) for div 5 and 6 a 180 tt'er with VG ft-skills can get results. for div 3 and 4 you probably need a 200 tt'er or better. You can start of with a 30-32 y.o. - not older though.

Blir bare litt frustrert. Sist jeg var oppe med et svakere lag klarte Ernst 4 topp9-resultater. Denne gang har han 5 ritt som kaptein. Det har gitt 1x7. 2x10. og 2x11 plass. Jens har 2 TT ritt som har gitt 33.plass (ranket topp3) og 12.plass (ranket som nr 1).
Thanks Benny ang Joss. I know Jens is a potential great TT which would be even better when TT-centered. That's why it's so frustrating when ain't getting the results his stats indicate. How good should the second TT-er be?
The tweaks Nick will be doing with the race engine should suit Ernst, wouldn't it be wise to see how the changes turns out? I already have a decent LO-train in place. And I h

Sell your sprinter and buy ft-bars and find and additional tt'er.
you have a great tt. Focus on that and results will come. He can take you to div 3/4 all by himself.
